Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Pump work

Does anyone know of a shop around albuquerque,nm that can place a cam plate, delivery valves and gov kit in it. To include setting the timing I would do everything my self but dont feel comfortable with the GSK. Thanks Damon
