We dont have Goats head down here, Ive seen it out West and glad we dont have it. Grazon, Weed Master, 2 4 D, mixed with Ally, or other Herbicde with Dicamba should kill it. You should also use a surfacent such as Surf Aid to wash the wax from the leaves of the plant,set your spray to a fine mist rather than large droplets. To prepare 10 gallons of weedmaster w/surf aid and diesel fuel mix as follows. 8. 5 gallons of water,1. 5 onces of surf aid or Dawn dish soap if surfacent is not available, and 1 quart weedmaster,1 to 2 onces of Ally, 1 gallon of #2 diesel fuel. For 100 gallons or more just do the math. This formula has killed Briars, Black Berry,Horse Nettles, Russian Thistle even Prickly Pear some one planted as an ornimental flower. it will also kill Yucca plants ant most types of trees. As for as the seeds go you can use a pre-emergance or come back and re-spray as seeds come on, it'll probably take 2 to 3 year to completly rid your place of the stuff.
