Upper radiator hose popped off. Put it back on and replaced the coolant. Now I have air in the system. Whats the best way to purge it and will it hurt anything to drive it like that tell I get it all purged out?

With the engine warm enough for the thermostat to be open and water circulating, add as much coolant as possible, put the radiator cap on tight and fill the overflow reservoir to top line and let the engine cool off completely, that should displace any air and completely fill the system when the engine cools. bg
