Does anyone have one of these? Any problems? I guess I didn't realize that this was an option on an '03. I saw a 3500 on the lot that I thought was a 4X2, and when I looked at the sticker it said it was a 4X4. I had to look real close to find the switch. Good thing the dealership was closed and I didn't ask a dealer why they had a 4X2 with a 4X4 sticker price.

My Laramie has a knob on the dash for the transfer switch. It was standard on the Laramie in '03. I think it was an option on the SLT. I really like the electronic switch so far.

I have it on mine and I like the fact that there is now another storage spot where the transfer case shifter would've been. I don't have any 4X4 time with it, and I don't plan on using 4X4 a whole lot. :p

I've been following this forum since the beginning and have never heard of any problems with them. I really like having the old style lever though, I guess I just like mechanical junk like that. The thing I dont like is that tiny little light that shows your in 4X. If it's sunny out you can hardly see it!

The little light is useless, that is why they have 4X4 illuminated on the lower instrument cluster.

I didn't know they had a puch button for the electronic transfer case. You must be a chevy guy? Mine is a Knob... . that turns clockwise! :)

The little light is pretty useless, but does show if you are in Hi, Lo, etc. It is not particularly annoying. My knob turns counter-clockwise, too :D .
