Pusher Pump Relay Turn On

I am getting ready to install my pusher pump setup. If i remember correctly, i read somehwere here that you tap the Red wire going to the fuel pump. But is that AT the fuel pump itself?, or in the power distribution center?. I really dont want to use a "Tap In" down on the fuel pump lead wires since it is in a moisture prone location (not to mention, extremely difficult to get too as i found out tonight) . Is there anyhwere else i can tap for the relay turn on power?

I thinks that you want to tap into the lift pump for power to relay.

Remove fuel filter and it is a piece of cake.

Here is a picture of the tap today.

This wire comes straight out of the ECU, which is on the block, to the lift pump.

It is the only wire that will work as far as I know... and that ain't very far.
