I have just had my LP changed out 2 weeks ago and they put the retrofit in (pump in the tank) and was wondering if anyone knows if you can put a Carter on there as well? I am going to upgrade the fuel lines w/ Scotty Smart Fuel system soon, just wanted to get something figured out before hand.

thanx

Yes you can run it with a pusher. The real question is when you want to upgrade further what will you do with that dam in tank pump in the way?

I just wish the dealer had given out some more info on the whole thing. Like mentioning that it only puts out 10psi @ idle and 0psi @ WOT it does come back to 8-10psi but hitting 0psi?... . man thay had to of known this stuff while they were testing. #@$%! I should of asked more questions! But they sure didn't tell me that they don't check LP's by prssure anymore but by volume so as a customer when you ask does it last alot longer? and does it put out as much as old LP? and the answer is yes i just assumed once I start bombing just need to put on big fuel lines. but how can a pump put out the same volume and using the same fuel lines and have less pressure? This is going to be a PITA but i needed a LP ASAP at the time and for the most part it was free so if this pump goes I'm ripping that POS out of the tank and going with the FASS like I was going to do until i was caught unprepared and needed my truck that day. oh well, nothing a little bit of time and money wont fix!
