Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) puting arp head studs on 98 24 valve?

is it a good idea to change out the head bolts to studs on a 24 valve 98 or are the stock head bolds ok unlike the 6. 7's?

At your power level they are not needed. but if you have the head off be sure to check for bolt stretch.

i will be having it done and wont be able to inspect myself? Gasket leaking externally on passenger side front corner not too bad unless i boost it up. afraid to tow big toy hauller
