2001. 5 2500 4x4 SLT Quad Cab Short Bed. 68,000 miles. Most of the accessories can be seen in my sig. Tires are new as is the Rip Rook exhaust. KBB says $21k, but that does not include the EZ, Line-X, XM radio, nerf bars, exhaust, guages, Weatherguard toolbox, etc. It does have a dent that I'll have popped out and 2 scratches that I'll touch up, other than that the truck is in great shape, used as daily driver not as work truck and rarely towed with. So, should I put it at $23,000 and see what happens?

FWIW... a TDR member can have it for $21,500 ;)

Sounds fair at $23,000 starting point. Don't forget that the EZ, exhaust, and gauges might not be what somebody else would be willing to pay for when they bought it. The nerf bars, bedliner, and XM radio would be higher selling features for "normal" people who aren't in up to their eyeballs in TD performance.

Sounds good though. Let her rip.

23K sounds like a real good deal. My roomate jut picked up a bone stock '02 Qc LB, 4x4 with 76,000 miles for $24,500 and there are some dents and scratches.

Most people don't know that Add On's bring down the value of their vehicle. There is to much uncertainty as to the quality of the parts and or installation. Bed liners, tool box, or Nerf bars are OK, but anything that affects the engine, drive train or suspension are big looses at time of resale.

Usually what y-knot said is correct, but it can depend on the buyer... .

And you're price of $23k is more than fair from what I've seen around here, kbb was low for what I had to pay to get what I wanted... . But the used market is VERY low right now due to the rebates and financing offered on the new ones.

i just sold my 01 3500 4x2 w/137500 miles for 14k, it also had about 4k worth of accessories on it, i sold it on ebay and it sold the first time i listed it, it was VERY clean and maintained, no damage what so ever and every dealer i took it to wanted to give me 11k for trade, so i was kinda happy to see the 14k. i think the 4x2's are hard to get rid of compaired to the 4x4's. :{
