I'm sure a bunch of you have installed a bunch of these. I was hoping someone might give me some tips on what to do.

How long did it take? And what will i need to do a nice job.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just installed my gauges last weekend. I drilled the exhaust manifold just before the 4 bolt flange to the turbo. Stay "aft of center" as there is a "web" in the center. Start with a small bit (1/16") and work your way to the correct size bit for the tap you will be using. Grease on the bit, a shop-vac and small magnet will get most of the debris.

Take your time with the tap. In a little, then back it out, continue this until your tap is roughly 1/2 or 2/3 of the way in. When you put your probe in, put a little anti-seize on the threads. . it'll save you some  if you need to take it out.

Otherwise, its a walk in the park. Worst part of the guage install was snaking all the wiring (neatly) up to the pod.

Hope this was a help... .
