Pyro "S" and "I" connections

Im trying to hook up my autometer pyro guage. I got the light hooked and the thermocouple hooked. On the back of the guage I have two wires coming out. On the guage above the wires it says one wire is "S" and one wire is "I". Is this power and ground?? Which is what??

Yes it is red or "I" goes to the 12v positive then the "S" is just goes to a good ground i don't know if you have to fuse it or what if you do have to fuse it i don't have a clue how big of a fuse any one else?

I= ignition, or 12 volt source

S= sender
