I have a autometer autolite pyrometer, I want to install preturbo, but looks like i'm seeing in some other threads that this requires a special thermocouple or probe? Is this the case or can I use the one that came with it? Also installing a fp gauge, i've been reading about using a new grease gun hose? what is the purpose of this, vibration isolation? I called a local shop today and they have the autometer restrictor to put in line to keep the spikes from wasting the gauge. Thanks for any info... . one last thing I havent looked yet, but where is the easiest place to route all the sending lines and wires from the engine comp. to the Apillar? Installing a 3 gauge, FP, egt, and boost on a 99. Thanks again ... . Russ

I used the thermocouple that came with my autometer. I haven't heard of a special probe myself.

I routed my wires along the firewall along with the existing harness. I used an existing grommet to send everything through the firewall. I routed the wires up alongside the fuse box, and up to the a pillar from there.
