Quad Cab vs Mega Cab fuel mileage

Given the significant amount of weight and sizeadded to the truck, what's the fuel mileage penalty going Mega vs Quad?

I thought the Mega was only 200pds extra over a longbed Quad. My Mega empty with Canopy is about 17. 2mpg.

That's almost exactly what I get with my MC, empty with the shell and a 70/30% split of freeway/residential driving. Hand calc. It's got 19k on it.
