I ran the Smarty/Drag comp & this box is every bit as powerful as that stack on power level 4 out of 10. It also has cooler egts & the pedal isn't as jumpy.

How does this module react with the cruise control issue/surging some of us have been having with the SMARTY? SMARTY users know EXACTLY what I'm talking about!

I have a manual, but my friend says it fixed his lockup problems. His transmission would lock at 52mph & now locks at 56-58mph. He hasn't tried the cruise yet though. I can't get ahold of him to tell him to try it.

well on quads site its posted for 749. 00 If it is as good as it sounds I would sell my smarty for this.

I've been out of the loop for a while but I have a Smarty set at #9 & it's smooth as glass with my electronic cruise control. What EXACTLY is this surge issue?

On my truck if I set the cruise for a set speed i. e. 75mph, I can feel the engine speed up/slow down, also see it in the boost guage. ANNOYING AS H*LL!!!!

The vacuum cruise in my '01 ETC 5 speed did that (no restriction). It was annoying so I didn't use it That truck had Mach 1. 5's. My '01 ETH 6 speed has 3. 8's & , like I said, is smooth as glass.

just used the cruise in my 98. 5 for the first time in a year without getting sea sick. I took the SMARTY off, it's on EBAY. As is the TST PM3 comp. I'm ordering the ADRENALINE this week. I've got 350hp without them so it tows the horses just fine and I'll run the QUAD at the drags this year.
