I Have had nothing but problems with my Quad Race box, I spoke with Jeramy, who not only bother to return my calls but acted like I never spoke to him before. Getting codes 192 (low fuel pressure ) and 237(low boost pressure) I think they related to my BD Exhaust Brake its an 04 with a 6 speed. Hey Quad you have an answer. Jeramy said he would talk to you and never returned my call and after 3 days I called him back he acted like he never talked to me but suggested that try the trioid and that did not work. BTW my serial number is 21122.

My truck (2004)threw the same codes as yours (0192-0237) with the quad race box. I installed the FASS system (150 gph)and have not had a problem since. coobie Oo.

I threw codes with a Beta Quad race Box while feeding the cp3 with 18psi with an AirDog (yes, I reseated the connections over and over and cut off the offending connector tab). I did not get the promised support either (they said they would send a total replacement package, box and wiring harness, and sent box only. They also acted like that was the end of the test and the box they sent would be the one I would pay for). Truck runs great with out it (they did credit my card for the test after returning everything).
