I have had the quadzilla fuel pressure and rail pressure kit on the truck for about 10 months. The problem is now at what seems more often crazy fuel pressure readings. It will swing from 1-20 as fast as a digital gauge can move the pixels. Sometimes under acceleration it will sit still at 17-20, but as soon as you let off the throttle it will start bouncing all over. This is supposidly a know issue that can be remided with a new sending unit. Everything else checks out, connections and power seems normal.

How do I take care of this? call quad in the am? has been the solutions for others been to put a length of hose off of the cp3 to keep the sending unit from shaking to death by motor vibrations?

I had jumpy readings when I had the sending unit up on the cp3 but since its now back on my air dog its much better.

I had jumpy readings on the CP3 and still have them now that it is mounted on the filter housing. Lately the readings have been 0psi, and sometimes up to 2psi. (my mech gauge shows a steady 15psi at the CP3) Geno's said they would have some new sending units late this month, I hope that fixes it.
