quality of new ram

I was at the dealer today to get my transmission fixed and saw some poor quality on a new 2500 sport. The guy who was about to buy it was looking it over and drooling. Being that i had some time to kill, i looked at it too. well the guy was happy as a new ram owner usually is, but i pointed out that there was overspray all over the frame, springs, splash gaurds, exhaust, and steering linkage. the salesman was a little pi#$ed at me for pointing this out to the guy as he had not signed the papers yet!!!! Turns out the dealer had fixed the entire passenger side of the truck after a lot plow smashed it!!! They didn't disclose this info to the dude was buying it. I cost them a sale, but i made the guy happy that he didn't buy a pre-smashed ram. Oh yeah, the dealer refused to hook the guages up to the gov press port on the transmission. So my transmission is still broken. I picked the parts up myself #ad

Oh yeah, after reading my post, I realize that it is the fault of the shady dealership for pulling the stunt. this was Herb Chambers Dodge, in Danvers MA.

There is a word for what the dealer was doing. Its called Consumer Fraud. And if Im not mistaken its a felony offense.

The second ETH truck that Evan Beck ordered got smashed into a pole by a lot porter. The dealer didn't pull any funny stuff,and reordered another Ram for him. I looked at the repair,and while it was top notch,the salesguy didn't mention a thing about it to me(I was pretending to be interested). A month later,I saw the same truck had been dealer traded to a lot closer to where I live,and (again pretending to be interested)I told a salesman I'd seen the truck wrecked before. I wonder who ended up buying it?
