Question about CA or Federal Emission Sticker

California only or Federal emission stickers...

On the 04.5 - 06, is there a different part number or any modifications to the turbo charger

No, the vehicle was 50 state compliant.

I guess my real question is... the turbo on a truck sold in CA is the same turbo on another truck sold in another state... nothing special during those years of production..

As far as I know they are all the same. An HE351CW from a CA truck is the same as anywhere.
