Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Question about power levels on Edge EZ

I bought my EZ used and was just curious about the power levels. I was curious if they were catered for specific power ( fuel mileage, Towing , etc?) I have to tow a load of 10 round bales this weekend and am wondering what the best power level would be, as for at EGTs especialy

The power levels on an EZ are essentially the same... 60-65 hp. The difference in the jumper settings is the boost points at which the EZ starts adding certain percentages of fuel... . in essence it is low boost smoke control.
