2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Question about Rancho RS9000 Shocks

From what I gather these shocks are adjustable. How do you adjustable. Can I use RS5000 and get the job done as well?

They have a knob at the bottom of the shock you turn to adjust level 1-9 softer to stiffer, or you can get a in cab controller and adjust on the go from the cab, perfect for changing road conditions. Later.
