Question about the front grille

I have an SLT, which has a chrome grille. But recently I've seen some trucks with the ST front grille, which looks like it's flat black. I've attached a picture from the Dodge website. Note: I'm talking about the cross-hair and horse collar part. One of the trucks I saw it on was a 2500 ST patriot blue, and I thought it looked nice. Is there anyone out there with one of these they might sell me, or trade me for my chrome grille?

Nope But I'm glad to hear your impression. I figured it would go well with my Patriot Blue body and black flatbed which is coming next week! cross fingers

Let me clarify my terminology. I guess I don't really mean the "grille", per se. I mean the "grille surround" and the crosshairs.



I know chrome is supposed to be the "upgrade", but I've never been a big fan of chrome parts.

Has anyone seen a Black Sport with a 2003 Laramie gril ???

I had a thought that may look pretty classy with just the Chrome crosshairs and everything else black... ..... ANy Pics??l
