Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Question for anyone out there that had a #53 block crack over 100k.

Got oil change done today and the mechanic showed me that my block was cracked. I have 105,000 miles on it and was wondering if anyone else with a #53 block had this problem and got it repaired under warranty. I'll be calling DC customer service and would like to have some info. to work with. Thanks

I just did a quick check using the search function, and there has been people over 100K that got their engine warrantied. Just hit the "search" icon located in the upper right of the screen, and type in "cracked block". I found 4 pages of threads... Good luck
