I installed them my self and did not have a problem. I would be happy to help you if you want, but you have to buy the beer. I still have the inch pound torque wrench that I "borrowed" from work last fall. I am on the slope (North Slope of Alaska in the oil field if anyone else reads this) and will be in town on Monday night. Send me an email and we can figure out a time if you want, heck send me an email anyway and we can at least meet and talk about it.

I have sold a lot of electric heaters that are used on the North Slope. The enviroment is harsh.

Harsh is the correct term, althought some of us call it f&*#ing cold. Just checked the weather -25 F, with wind chill its -30. Just a nice spring day in Prudhoe Bay.
I am lucky I don't work outside that much, but there are guys that spend all day (12 hours) every day out in that kind of weather and worse. .
