I'm selling a couple shift knobs on ebay, can y'all tell me what year the NV5600 was first used and also what the thread pitch is?

I believe 2001, not sure on the thread pitch

First yr for NV5600 was '99... although the launch had some problems and they did'nt actually hit the dealers till June and even then kinda scarce. Sorry, don't know thread pitch
