After spending some time on Holset's website (www.holset.co.uk), I noticed that in the product info page for the HX35 there were some "optional features". One of these is a watercooled bearing housing.



In what applications might this be popular? Would it be helpful for the drag racers or people who tow heavy?

When you start talking water cooled stuff you often are referring to a marine application.



I think that if your oil is clean and up to the full level, then your good to go. I'm a fan of the Amsoil bypass filter to capture the fine stuff.
