I have a truck that falls in the area of the TSB for low power in lockup. ? is does everyone need this and would I gain from doing it. I don't want to do it if the only thing I gain is increased fuel consumption. But if it will give more power than lets do it. And on the High idle reflash... ... should I get it even though I have never had a prob will it idleing too slow. Don't see how trucks with the same programing could be so different from each other. I have never driven in a truck with either of these reflashes so I don't know if I need it or not. Please enlighten me. Oo.

Chip I would stay away from both reflashes

I too fall into the low power in OD and I have plenty of pull in OD with my modifications

On the Cold weather reflash, don't even think about it

Reflashes give me a sick feeling :(

Well guys--I have had one reflash (drifting cruise), and it worked out O. K. Having said that, been working around software all my life---and was real-real--real careful about the guy reflashing my truck... . most of the time it is the fool using the tool--not the tool whom makes the mistake... ... same with software. . if they don't log-in, start and log-out correctly... you lose!!! My 2 cents worth.
