Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Questions about Stack install

I'm planning on putting a single 5" stack on my truck. The previous owner must of had a stack at one time because the bed is cut on the passenger side (the side were my stack is going). What would be the best way to install the stack while utillizing the hole? Thanks for your advice!

if its in the very corner of the pickup box, with a reg cab you can go up+over the frame with some 90° pieces some flexpipe, and alot of patience. Thats what I did when I stacked mine...
