W I bought a Tradesman model but like the fender flares that come on the Laramie.
The OEM come only in black and the parts guy think it's a semi gloss and doesn't think they will need to be painted if you. Want them black.
About $360 for a set of 4.
I would probably want to paint them white.
Anyone install the OEMs and how did they work?

Lot's of people have added the OE flares. Pretty easy install as far as know.

I didn't like them at first but I'll admit that I've been secretly shopping for a set of used flares

Look on EBay. I found a few sets some that were take off's that were painted. You might just get lucky and match your truck color. Oh the price that I paid for the ones that I got for my truck were almost half what the dealer wanted. Granted I went with a Black for my blue truck but at the time there were other colors available. One day I'll ether paint the rockers black or have the flairs and rockers done with Rhino liner.

My son added them to his Limited but were NOT OE. He wishes he went with OE. Weird the 15 Limited's standard did not have the flairs.

That's weird:confused:......around here, every Laramie and up truck I've seen on the sales lots have them. There's a co workers 2015 2500 limited right outside my door at work that has them.....

Really stupid, I called BS until he sent me the sales brochures for the 15's.

I had a '12 Big Horn, bought the Laramie OEM flares, had them painted at a body shop and installed them. They worked and looked great, like a Laramie.

Does anyone have experience with these in the winter time? I'm wondering if they catch a lot of sand and dirt and trap it between the flare and the body. And if so how hard they are to remove oe flares

I bought a set online from an aftermarket dealer on eBay for 125.00. I looked through a bunch of the vendors as I wanted a set with the smooth finish so they would look better when painted. My truck is bright white so my question is should I put the rubber "bead" gasket on before or after paint? Just wanna make sure which look would be best, all white or a definition outline with the black gasket? These look like the ones in "repo4sale" post. Thanks for any advice!
