Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Questions on speed correction

Looking into a one of the devices to recalibrate my speedo and have a few questions for anyone running one on thier rig. First, does this thing adust the shift pionts in the transmission? I put the bigger tires and wheels on the truck right after I bought it and I have no basis for comparison but the transmission has never seemed to shift right. Also, is there any chance that this thing would be able to fix my overhead trip computer to get it at least somewhere in the ballpark to being correct?

i put superlifts truespeed on mine it works great! its about 180. 00. fixs speedo an odom. does not do anything for transmission
