Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Quick engine rev on start up when its cold?

It's starting to get colder around here high 30 -40s. When I first start my truck it revs up by itself (like your foot is at half throttle when turning the key) on inshall fire then idles down to normal. It throws a code (0236-turbo boost sensor A circuit range/ performance problem) every time when this happens. Is my edge the cause of this or big injectors, for some reason? It doesn't do it everytime. Tried with box off and hasn't done it but with it on doesn't do it every time. Clear code and comes back every time it does it. Any thoughts on this guys? Thanks
