Quick question. Oil capacity of an 06, 5.9.

Just did the first oil change on my new truck and could not find the oil capacity listed in the owner's manual. I figure it is about the same as my 97 so I put in 11 quarts which included a quart in the filter. Is this close enuff?

I wonder if it would be safe to put 12 qts in the 97 12 valve??? I have always put 11 and had a quart to fool with till the next change.

15, plus theres about two additional in the high pressure oil pump they doesn't drain out.
