I believe edge made an apapter so you could use both, at least I remember reading that a while back. Its basically just a splitter for the siganl. You might call them or send an email and see what they say.

I'm using both. I've heard that Edge can send you a Y-adapter that will let run both. I made my own adapter and in the cab wiring. I run both a Comp and QC II at the same time.

I made my own adapter for my 'Quick Check II' and 'EZ' by getting

the following at Pep Boys:

An empty plastic 'Technician Grade' brand female adapter that matches the dummy male 'Data Link' plug that was in my engine 'Data Link' plug, a small box of female pins;part # 85308, a small box of the little green weather grommets, and three different colors of electrical wire. (I only have one of the part #s of the pins because they were left over but you will see the whole rack of 'Technican Grade' brand adapters at Pep Boys. However, they do not carry a female pre-made adapter with female pins, and neither does anyone else except Dodge. )

I 'piggy-backed' my adapter onto the 'Quick Check II' adapter with about 3 inches of the wires spliced & soldered directly to each of the 'Quick Check II' wires , and then plugged the 'Quick Check II' into the Engine 'Data Link' plug (and put the other end through the firewall so that I can read it on my Palm Pilot while driving)

Then I plugged the 'EZ' plug into my new 'piggy-backed female' plug in the engine compartment and it works perfect.

I used it to diagnose a bad 'MAP' sensor that was giving me erratic boost and then removed the 'EZ' but left the 'Quick Check II' hooked up so that the Dealer could see the problem, and he replaced the sensor.
