Quiet Muffler?

Hey guys... I was getting ready to order a Silent Might muffler, but apparently they aren't available.

I have a 4" MBRP exhaust, and can't take the drone anymore... any suggestions?

check the box for exhaust and choose country, from there just fill in your zip code for a supplier. Ask for a #M090544 it is 51" long with internal baffle, other than stock I don't know of a more quiet muffler.

The Nelson ( part of Fleetguard ) # for that muffler is 86108M 4" in and out 9" dia 44. 5" body length and 51" overall . The HD version of that is 86630M and would be quieter because it has a heavier shell. Just how much quieter Fleetguard couldn't tell me. Shadrach

Thats good to know about the Nelson, I wasn't aware of the more heavy shell model. Do you know if either of those Nelsons you can look through?

Sorry I haven't "seen" one in real life. According the the nelson cat hey flow 1600 cfm @ 3"hg. Shadarch

I recall the Nelson 86131M as having no internal baffle that should give more noise than the Donalson M090544, both of which have the same dimensions.



The Nelson 86108M looks like a good muff for those wanting better flow with not much more noise. Kinda odd though is their flow numbers. . The 108 I see is listed as better flow than the 630 so maybe there is more to it than the shell?
