2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission R.W.S.S. part #?

Is the part # for the rear wheel speed sensor 56028187AE? Does $45 bucks sound right? Seems like I've heard others say it's only about a $30 part. Then again, the same dealer wants $12. 50 for the oil filter... ... ... ... ...

The speed sensor for a 97 costs $49+ at the local dealer. Different part# tho.

Was able to find it at another dealer cheaper. He was helpful by pointing the way to the same thing with a different part #. Only difference is the length of wire because it "clocks" in a different location on the other application. The cost is $32 and $9 for the oil filter.
