R2 Coolant

Hello All! I want to replace the coolant but am having a difficult time finding information on draining the block. I have the factory manual and it does not specify a "drain plug" on the block anywhere. Can any of you advise? Or is draining the coolant from the radiator petcock sufficient? How about coolant. Has anyone used Fleetguard ES Compleat in the pre-mix format? Any thoughts on that or is Mother Mopar's concoction work as well. I'm one of these guys who over-maintains but I sleep better at night knowing that I have done best by my truck. Any help would be appreciated. BTW, the old girl has 49,000 on the clock and I want to do this at 50,000.

I used the Fleetguard ES Complete Propylene Glycol Concentrate because that's what the Cummins dealer had. 50/50 concentrate/distilled water. BTW, I did mine at 100K and included changing the pump, hoses and thermostat. The factory coolent must be pretty good, the water passages were spotless! I drained from the radiator petcock, with the thermostat off and with heater turned on. Then blew air through it (I put the thermostat housing back on) and got a little residual coolent out before removing the hoses.
