A Friend of mine has became a believer in Cummins DIESELS after i beat him in my pickup and spun circles in a parking lot. Now he wants to hear more of other members stories about CUMMINS RACING.

How about running with a Porsche 944 turbo, off the line?!? We were at a stoplight and he had been darting around everybody before the light, so I figured that I would see if he could dart me. The furthest that he got from me was his rear fender at me front fender. He shook his head in disgust and went through a neighborhood at the next light.

I could make a list of cars we beat in Hiperf360s old 12v 3500 lol Not enough room to tell the stories. . I will not that you usualy have to make fun of them in some way to get them to even race a diesel truck.

Late last night I was out on The Long Island Expressway I exited @ Billy Floyd With a little "import tuner" right on my a$$. This pierced punk shot directly into the left lane and thought he'd shoot around me. Normally I'd just let him go but I figgured it would be cool to to see his face after a diesel pickup dragging a u haul trailer beats him to the next light. It was priceless! He swerved toward me just assuming that he had passed me but I guess the roar of the mighty Cummins finally was heard over the thump of of his "system". I just kept shifting by the time I had to lift for the next light his front bumper was by the u haul's rear axle. At the next light the "music" was off and tuner boy had a real determined look on his face, at green he side stepped the clutch at what sounded like 10k RPM screeched the tire for about 6" and then I just drove past him. At the next turn he went away quietly. My truck is all stock but the trailer was empty. Even so I am sure that tuner boy put all his money into rims and sub-woofers and none into his rice burner motor. Silly but fun!

Had a brand new Powderjoke pull up next to me at a stop light. He looked over at my old 96 12v, and kinda smerked,the light turned green and the ps slammed the hammer down, and had a 2 truck length head start on me. By the time we passed the next stop light I had a good 4-5 truck lengths on him. It was so wierd when we finally caught up wtih me at the next red light he didnt have a smerk anymore, matter of fact he wouldnt even look at me. Keep on truckin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at the light at forest fair mall on winton road. A 2001 camaro/firebird pulled up on the right. He had intention of shooting around me to get on the left turn lane to the highway. Well, I turned on the PM2 and put the clutch in 3rd, and waited for the "tree" to show green. He never had a chance. Actually, it suprised me. Before I realized it, we were going 50 in a 35. he fell in behind me and didn't dare pass me once we were on the highway! LOL. I LOVE MY CUMMINS

Honda that tried to pass me on the shoulder. Doing 45mph he came up next to me, and I floored it. He had to back off before he hit a parked car Wish I could have seen the look on his face when he found out he couldn't pass a diesel.

I should probably go on and on about how we should be responsible and not demonstrate such foolishness to the underpowered... but. .

I did not spend all that dot.com money on HP to watch it sit in my driveway or to tow my lawn mower up a mountain road. (i. e. my ram is for fun and our nasty winter weather, not commercial or TT duty)

SO, I love the 'pierced boy' description above, priceless. We have a ton a youngsters who run up to UVM from the rich suburbs of New York City. As you might imagine, overpowered and/or Euro touring vehicles with underexperienced drivers.

So, on my all too often trips to the airport I encounter many of these brats. I consider that trip to be my rural dyno.

All too often some red sports car will BLAST past me on rt91, only to soon find the massive always mud covered grill of the hotPE3/DD1 green monster filling their back window.

The next action is all to predictable, as they always think that pouring on more go-pedal will somehow make this embarrasing uncool utility thing fall away from the back bumper. NOT

Better yet, as they get into the hills, as all too familiar pattern will display itself, as the frequency of head turns to the rearview mirror keeps increasing with the increasing grade. **** truck must be powered by a nuclear reactor, I can't shake that thing even on this steep hill

I got pulled over a few months ago for speeding and i told the officer that it was the guy in the other lane, because there was no way i could have been going as fast as he said since i am driving this big lumbering diesel that cant even get out of its own way. I told him "This is a diesel, not a sports car, it doesnt even go over 70" I think he really believed me because he let go with a warning. I was lucky, but i was glad he thought my truck was slow!.

Another durowhatever story. This took place in my truck, but with a buddy driving it. I wasnt in the truck, but he has helped me with all the upgrades, and he has seem it in action, so he know its fast. But anyway, Sunday, he was driving my truck from Clarion PA to Pittsburgh PA. We both live through the week there, and on the weekends, go back home for the country life. So he was going up a hill, as he said just a little sunday drive, when a new durocrap blew past him, he said he didnt see him, and just kinda let him go. He said as this guy was going around him, he saw the normal, IM BETTER THEN YOU LOOK, you all know the one. So, no this guy is going slow, and messing with my buddy. He said hes not one to race my truck, but this guy was going down. So the next passing zone, is up a hill called hogback. He said he cranked it up to level nine, a puff of smoke... and this guy didnt know what to do. I bet he went home and cried, since he paid a ton more money, and according to the TV, and some other places, he was driving the most powerful pickup sorry to spoil his day. better luck next time.

Well, i have a story that ended the other way. This Morning on my normal commute down rte 128, wide little black sports car pulls up behind me, quickly gets on my left, and the driver shoots me a wink... . the gas is now to the floor. Well, when the driver has had enough of this, thier gas goes to the floor and all I can see is thier tail... . Well, being that i recognized the car, i knew i would see her again when i pulled into my parking lot at work. She was all smiles as we walked to the front door to start another day at the grind.

No embarrassment felt here. There's no shame in being whipped by a GTS-and-then-some-prepped Viper putting 560HP to the ground. I do feel good that I get better gas mileage *8mpg* compared to her 6mpg

I'm almost embarassed to tell this one but on the way home yesterday I spied a new QC 2500 up ahead of me and had to get closer and check him out. I saw the cummins on the door and he must've seen me chasing him so onto the interstate we went and the race was on. About a 1/4 mile from the ramp I passed him doing 80 and kept it to the floor to 100 cause he wasn't giving up. I won but it wasn't as cool as it would have been if it had been a flowerpuke or junkMC. At my exit we were laughing like kids at your first stooges festival and I told him my truck will never go down to a powerpuke or junkMC.
