Bought a FleaBay all metal radiator, out of a '92 with approximately 200K miles on it. Printed on top is, Radcor Thailand. I notice the top rows DO NOT go all the to the top as my original, and no top bracket/framing to meet shroud at the top. Will it work with the gap at the top, will it maintain heavy duty cooling capacity? Thank you for your experiences and knowledge.
Patrick

With a gap you'll loose quite a lot of cooling capacity, the air goes where it is easiest and thats the gap not the radiator.
Figure something out to close that gap.

Thank you. So will the cooling capacity may be less with the missing rows? I know it's minimal but 3x the missing rows is my concern. Think I'd rather find the correct radiator. You know any history of these Thailand parts? I have a pinhole leak at the corner of one tank that I have sealed with high temp epoxy putty. Very minimal use of coolant with consecutive months of 100 degree days in Southern California.
