raddiator crossmember

pulling the engine on my 03 dually and wondering if the raddiator mount crossmember comes out?

I have it unbolted and it goes side to side but wont come out#@$%!

Very carefully spread the fenders to get it out. Cutting and welding at a diagonal is the acceptable body repair in the body repair manual if you choose to cut it.

When I did my cam swap I just cut it and welded together back in place.

I undid the big bolts ( one on each side ) that hold the fenders to the front frame and used a porta power to slowly spread the fenders apart. You only need to go about 1. 5" Shadrach
