Radiator gone bad

I find it hard to believe but only after 57k the radiator is leaking. I'm having it pressure tested tomorrow but I'm sure its toast. I checked all the hoses, they are all dry. I'm assuming that this failure is premature, but why? Now its out, I am searching for a replacement. Should I stick with the stock one or bump up to a performance aftermarket one. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There have been a few reports of a wiring harness along the bottom of the radiator rubbing a hole.

I think I know what harness you're talking about. I didn't see any obvious damage, but I'll check again. thanks for the info... .
