Radiator Pressureizing

#@$%! coolant coming out of overflow. blowing all out. must be head gasket? I changed thermistat and radiator cap. anyone had this?



Any help will be apriceated.

It may also be the EGR cooler.

If not deleted. Just so used to seeing non stock 6. 7 failures and none stock

i am deleted egr cooler is gone and so is dpf only runing smarty jr

i should have listened when someone told me to do studs before i had problems.

were you running it hard when happened? I had one customers truck that would do this when towing and we modified the water pump to slow down flow and it fixed it. does it seem to idle normal?

seems to run and idle normal just push into radiator not bad if i baby it

Just had one that was babiedinto the shop. the head was not salvagable

bubbles a little at idle with cap off one every few seconds

are the standard arp 2000 studs arp part # 247-4202 good enouph to prevent future problems running a smarty jr. only and towing only on setting 0-standard? this is stock fuel levels right?
