Also does it have the floor console? If it does, the console also has to be removed. Pull out the rubber bottoms of the cubby to reveal a couple of screws. Then be careful as there are now two screws coming in from below for the radio surround, A/C control bezel. If you try and pry it out without removing the two screws you will break the bezel. Get the screws out and carefully pry the bezel out all the way around. A plastic trim stick really is helpful here. Once that is off, remove the four radio screws and pull straight out. Be sure and pull back on the radio antenna black sleeve (It's a lock) and then try and pull back on the antenna wire before you just try and pull it out of the back of the radio or you will break that also.
