Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Sometimes my radio speakers cut out when I start the truck -- I get a shurt burst of feedback then nothing. Shut the radio on and off but still nothing. Then the next time I start the truck there's typically no problem -- then no speakers again some other time. ONLY happens if the radio is on at startup. If I remember to shut it off before turning the truck off there's never a problem.
I'm reasonably certain it's something to do with the speakers and not the radio. although the radio is aftermarket -- Alpine CDA855 (love it). Have had the radio two years and this just started last month.
Ideas?
