can anyone fill me in on the rail cap? I dont have a clue what anyone is talking about.

at what PSI does the stock rail cap work at?

what are the benefits?

thanks in advance

the stock relife valve is supposed to opperate at 26,500psi, but it rally does, after alot of use they will weaken and open as low a 18k---they are not of the best design on duty cycle, there will be some help on these valves soon, as far as a higher bursting psi and being able to rebuild them, info on that is in the R&D section of the tdr. the rail cap is a good item to have when you are tired of replacing factory failed valves it will eliminate the need for replacement of the valve again. i have run the cap for many miles and had no problem with the injectors in general but im sure somewher down the road they will be affected, as i run lots of pressure. hope this helps.
