Nope, although TC Diesel does supply a copper washer with theirs to seal at the bottom. Just make sure you torque it to specs.

My apologies, I didnt see AH64ID's post at the time I replied yesterday since it was from my phone; he is correct, 52 ft lbs.

Spec are just a touch tone... tighten senor. . Then block wheels engage parking brake. . Start vehicle place in gear R/D whichever is the safest movement. . Place foot on brake hard run rail till 20k (Gage) if not 1500 Rpms check for leaks. . NO leaks your good.
