right now my truck sits with just the smarty on. with that said i have a few ?? i think im having rail press issues already, or my quadzilla commander gauges are wrong which is LIKELY!! it says at idel i have anywhere from 4300 psi to 5800 or so psi. at full throttle i have yet to see more than 15000 psi. my smarty is on #9 with wild torc managment. anyone got any ideas. my GDP system, TST, and MP8 just arrived today. exhaust wont be here till next week. thanks guys!

At idle, I see a pretty solid 6,000 psi all the time. Hard acceleration shows 17-23000 for me.

If the gages are correct, that's poor rail pressure,(Even Stock) with the mild and stock Cp3, 23,000 and steady is no problem, I have seen the Dual pumpers with stage 3 or better Injectors with the wild rail keep 23,000 steady and produce 700 plus on #2 only.

The 03-04 trucks do idle with lower rail pressures than the 600's do but, it still seems slightly low at idle.

It is definately low at WOT. Now, you must keep in mind that running a heavy duration program will drain the rail quickly nad it may be using enough duration that the rail never gets desired pressure?

The first and easiest thing I would try is to remove the smarty or set it to stock and then check the rail pressure. This wil let you know if the gauge is working and it will also let you know if your stock rail pressure is reasonable or not. IF it is pretty normal stock then you know that SW9 is draining your rail.
