Tire and Wheel balanced and resting snugly under the bed as restrained by the winch.
Putting the big tire on a large wheel was a new experience, and the Hobby Shop balancing machine needed quite a bit of experimenting to set up this big combination. Turned out the wheel was very slightly out of round, but even with a used tire, it balanced up well. Now, I pray to never need or use it!
