2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Ram @ 36 & 25 in Ky

I was leaving epperson today, and saw a ram with bed stacks that was totaled. it was turning south on 25 from 36 east near williamstown/cynthiana ky. Any takers? What happened to it. ??
