Anybody make a Cold Air system for the SRT-10 hood installed on a diesel Ram??

check out the tdr magizne, saw an article about 2-3 issues back on it, a metal fab guy did it up and even did not have to worry about water injestion... .

If I cant make the hood functional should I at least leave the hole open? I currently have it blocked off with a plate! I would assume having it open will help with under hood temps! Any thoughts?

should help with underhood temps, but will make things more dirty if you are one of them detail picky ones

The truck only gets driven a couple times a month and never in the rain so I'm not to worried about the engine getting dirty, No under hood insulation as well, I'm thinkin it will run alot cooler, Seems like "Cooler" under hood temp is what every one is talking about.
