That's actually a pretty interesting application. Around here, the companies are using regular 3/4 ton trucks with a bed insert to get in to some of the narrow rural roads here that a standard garbage truck will not fit. They then either run the small load to the dump or meet a large truck somewhere and transfer the load. I can see something like this being very useful here or on the side streets in some towns.
