Does the paint on the Saltillo trucks hold up any better than the others?

Last year when I was waiting on mine to be built I stumbled on some very knowledgeable guys in the know that had some threads about the process. One of the topics was the Saltillo plant had a significantly more modern paint booth (I can't recall what they actually called it) and produced superior paint jobs on the trucks.

It seems to. In 2007, I had a fender bender (literally) and the right front fender was replaced. A few months ago, the clearcoat on that fender showed signs of bubbling after 9 years - not an unexpected situation under normal circumstances, right? The rest of the truck's original 2005 Saltillo paint is still flawless... and I've had people incorrectly guess the truck's model year by as much as 5 (2010) based solely on the paint - which has *never* seen a wax job and gets salt-sprayed pretty well every winter.

My new 2017 - 2500 was built in Mexico, as were two of my other Rams. If this 2017 stands up as good as those other two I will be very happy.
