I just ordered the 180 hot juice yesterday. . I had read that it isn't a pressure box, though when stacked with a pressure box, it adds to the power considerably. . What is the recommended pressure box between the EZ and the Ramifier?? Have either of them had problems or created problems on any trucks?? Thanks...

I have a Ramifier and love it. Support from TSPerformance has been exemplary. They spent hours tuning the box just the way I wanted it. I think it's perfect. Never a code, never a problem.

Give Dennis Perry at TSPerformance a call.

I had read that if you stack a fuel box with the attitude, you see a decent gain. .

Do you have to tap a pump wire to run either of these boxes??

I would LOVE to stack mine with an edge juice. Unfortunately, edge does not make such an animal for an 03. :(

No pump wire tapping with the EZ or the Ramifier. I've run them both. If nothing else convinces you of the Ramifier, this should do it: ... in cab adjustable.

Can the EZ and Ramifier even stack with the attitude. . I've been told they plug in at the same place. . Will one just plug into the other?? Anyone have this kind of stack?? I just don't want to waist a lot of money. .

I have never ran the EZ but i never have intentions of doing so because i love my ramifier. The performance is great, there are no settings-if you need more power turn the knob a little farther, easy plug-in connections, and no codes. I dont think you would do bad with either box, but my vote is for the TS box.

I have ran my hot juice stacked with the EZ and it works fine. It roughed the idle quality up a bit and it is in cab adjustable with a 3 pos. switch but off is not in cab adjustable just low medium high 25-45-75hp. I took mine off to check mileage and operation of Juice alone and haven't felt the need to put it back in because of the inability to shut it off without getting underhood and disconnecting which is pretty simple. I don't believe you want to have this EZ on even low stacked with the juice (hot), If it were in cab adjustable to off it would be in now. That is why I was asking about Ramifier stack. Can you stack the ramifier with the juice and is it in cab adjustable to off. I still wonder about the fuel mileage with the ez stacked vs the juice alone. You can dial in plenty of fuel with the hot juice alone without help of EZ at least I can. Thanks... .

Hokey, do you see decent power gains when stacked?? Does it smoke a lot?? Have you dynoed or raced it?? Is your transmission stock?? I've been wondering about how much the 48RE can take. . Sorry for all the questions. . It's nice to know before I try it myself... .

Hokey, I just saw your signature. . Does the hot juice have a lot more power than the quad race box?? Have you ever stacked the juice and the quad?? I'm full of questions. . Thanks again. .

Not sure what your goals are but I have a 6 speed and have only raced it once with the stock clutch with the juice only on 180 and it slipped the clutch big time and defueled 60% and I still waxed that powerstroke big time and still have my wifes fingernails she left in my dash. :--)

I generally drive pretty modestly and have been running the juice only on the 60 hp setting on #3 low boost fueling for daily setting. I ran it this way on a 1500 mile trip to Colorado over the memorial day week-end and was seeing a little over 1 mpg increase over stock setting. driveability is great and get a little start off smoke before turbo spools up and cleans it up. If I crank it up I can get plenty of smoke with the stock turbo. I ran the Ez stacked with the juice with the EZ on lowest setting just for a little pressure I think it feels a little better and makes the engine sound a little nicer in tone but never ran it higher than that and juice never higher than 60hp. I think your pretty limited with a stock clutch and even more so with the stock 48re and the juice by itself is very nice and plenty of fueling for stock components turbo, clutches, transmission etc... I have never dynoed yet but plan to some day after clutch turbo and some other upgrades. If the EZ were adjustable in cab it would be a great combo I think "IMHO" :-laf Hope this helps...

can't stack the quad with the Edge juice or Edge EZ And haven't dynoed or raced with the quad race box. The quad has lotsa power available, more than I can currently utilize. I think you could stack the quad with the vanaaken c3. 2 and have very similar power levels and some others who have done that and dynoed could speak to that better. the quad race box is a good box and works very good for towing and mileage great driveability easy on stock components keeps the egt down pretty good. if there were a attitude type deal to go with it like the edge juice it would be a very nice competitive unit and my understanding is quad is close to offering something along those lines ;) "IMHO"

So does the quad race seem to have more power than the 180 hp hot juice?

NO, Hot Juice seems to have more available if that is what your looking for. Quad race is rated at 130hp for an 05 hot juice is 160 - 180hp. SOTP also says NO...

If your looking for alot of power that comes on smooth and is easier on components go with the quad xzillaraider. but the simple short answer is no. . (apples/oranges) what is your goal? Ain't this bombing stuff fun?? :D

I always start telling myself "not this time". . Well, I took delivery of it today, and ordered the 180 juice yesterday. . Been considering tonight going ahead and doing a shift kit and torque converter. . I tell myself I'd like this to "just" be my tow rig, though It's gonna have to run atleast 13's for me to be happy. . Then it's 12's. . haha. . I sold my 13 second duramax because I bought a 12 valve to race this season in pro street... . I couldn't pull the dodge with a chevy (how would that look), so I bought the new dually. . Well, the DHRA doesn't even have a pro street division this year here in Florida. . I got screwed on that deal. .

I've got a problem... I'm a diesel performance junkie. . Here it is on Friday night... Took the woman to dinner early so I could plan a combination for the new truck. . I put in a movie I was sure she didn't like, just so she would fall asleep quickly so I could type without distraction... She hates how I'm on the computer looking at parts and the forum all the time. . Just another friday night... ...

I think it's a 3 position switch. Pretty discreet one, too.

I stand corrected. My apologies. I haven't kept up with the EZ's life cycle since getting the Ramifier. Sorry for the misinformation.
